I was in the store for the midnight Christmas shopping and I have to mention how awesome Luka is. He was so helpful both in store and later when I had to pick up an item from the docking bay. He is an asset to the store. Thanks for your help and wonderful service. Every staff member had a smile on their face that night and were happy to help, even when it was so busy. A credit to the store

Today I’m so grateful to receive the best customer experience to date! I was buying an item from clearance, which was showing 1 in stock so chances of finding it were slim. Encountered a very busy and very friendly team member named Stan. Who went above and beyond to find this pair of beloved Nike Winflo 8’s- to discover an empty box. However, among the chaos did his best for me! I still found an amazing pair of shoes ,which he was also prepared to discount for me.Thank you Stan! I hope they have recognition and rewards programs for team members, because you truly deserve it mate! 5⭐️😁

Jack at the front counter was the most delightful customer experience I ever experienced in my life! Not only was a quick and efficient in my refund and replacement, but in the meantime, he made exceptional small talk; as such 10 out of 10 would recommend.
